"What if my item arrives damaged?" We take quality seriously. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will review it and make it right.
"Do you offer returns for change of mind?" As each piece is made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guides carefully before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit for your lifestyle.
"Can I exchange my item?" Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not carry stock and therefore cannot offer exchanges. "Will my item look exactly like the photos?" Because our items are produced on-demand using professional printing technology, there may be slight variations in size. Since each piece is assembled as part of a specialized production process, you might notice minor, unique characteristics like subtle variations in placement or finish—these are inherent to the production method and not considered defects. We value these nuances as part of your item's unique identity.
