Delivery
- Physical products (e.g., backpacks): Manufactured and shipped within 6–25 business days after order confirmation.
- Digital products: Download link sent immediately after payment is confirmed.
Returns & Exchanges
- Physical products: As all items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference. However, in the case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will remake the item at no charge.
- Digital products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
