Can I cancel or change my order?
Each piece is made to order and production starts right away, so orders can’t be canceled or changed once placed. Please double-check your selection and address before checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?
As everything is made for your order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement at no charge.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
Colors may vary slightly between screens and print, and small differences in placement can occur in production.

Where do you ship?
Physical items ship to the US only, with rates calculated at checkout. Digital items are delivered instantly by download — no shipping required.

Where can I buy digital wallpapers?
Digital wallpapers are currently available in the United States, Canada, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.

Can I get a refund on a digital item?
Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. If your file doesn’t download or won’t open, reach out within 30 days of purchase and we’ll make sure you get a working file.

How can I use the wallpapers?
For personal use on your own devices. Buying as a gift? You’re welcome to pass it on to one person — just please don’t share it widely, resell it, or use it commercially.
