Additional Charges Shipping fees for physical products are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. You can view the exact shipping cost by entering your shipping address before completing your order. No shipping fee applies to digital products.
Payment Methods & Timing
- Methods: Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- Timing: Payment is charged upon order confirmation.
Delivery
- Physical products: Made to order. Please allow about 1–2 weeks from order to delivery (production + shipping). Ships to the US only.
- Digital products: Download link sent immediately after payment is confirmed.
Operating Environment (Digital products)
- JPG format, 1440 × 3200 px. Compatible with most smartphones (iPhone and Android). An internet connection is required to download.
Returns & Exchanges
- Physical products: As all items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement at no charge.
- Digital products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. If your file doesn’t download or won’t open, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a working file.
